Mr. Sinkel's Message
Dear Parents of Forest View,

During the past six months, I have had the privilege to serve as the interim principal at Forest View. It has been a joy to get to know you and your children as I have strived to create a safe and happy school for all. You sure have great kids! I leave with mixed feelings. Joy, for I love being with my wife and the relaxation once again; but also sorrow because I will miss the Forest View community.
My last day at Forest View will be the morning of Friday, May 18th. The new principal, Mr Matt Brown will be taking over day to day-to-day activities on Monday, May 21st. It is comforting to know that your children will be in good hands with the outstanding staff of Forest View and Mr. Matt Brown.
During my retirement, I will be working for Central Michigan University as the University Coordinator of Student Teachers in the area. In this job, I only work one to two days a week, so my focus will be on golf and play.
Once again, thank you for making my time at Forest View so rewarding.

  Sincerely,
Mr. Jerry Sinkel,
Forest View Principal
